It finally feels like we have the pandemic era behind us, and we are back training together with renewed enthusiasm.
Our open swim sessions continue on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 0700 in UL Sport, and we also have our Technique session on Monday nights with our coaches helping to improve your freesytle.
Tuesday night S&C sessions are underway.
Pilates for Triathlon starting this week (Jan 26th)
Sunday group spins have restarted, and we’ll be aiming for 2 to 3 groups on the road for 2 to 2.5 hours. Pace will be determined by who comes but we will try keep one group ~22kph. one at ~25kph and one faster ~28-30kph. Coffee stops will be dictated by the weather.
