So you have entered Joey Hannan or Hell of the West, it’s your first Triathlon and you really don’t know where to start…..
There is a wealth of information out there, so much that it can be confusing! We will be hosting a beginners training day the 25th March. The day will consist of a swim in the 50m pool, a bike the Joey bike route and a run, you will also get a 5 week training plan to help you get ready for the race.
If you have taken the plunge and gone for the Olympic distance, this Triathlon Ireland beginner Olympic plan is a great place to start, showing what you should be planning to get the most from the distance.
