Note to all Juniors taking part in the Junior Cycling. The racecourse has an event on Sunday so we cannot hold our bike session this Sunday.

Also a quick reminder that swimming is 2-3 on Saturday in UL all welcome €5 per person (you must be able to swim 2 lengths of the 50m pool).
