It was another great year for long distance racing by LTC athletes, 22 Iron distance completed, at 12 different events by 19 individual athletes:
Huge best wishes to club member Garron Mosley on his return to Kona for the IM World Championships on Saturday October 13th. Also returning to race in Kona is Limerick man Mark Higgins ( brother of Noel & Lisa) who is based in the USA. Coverage will be on Ironman live from 1700 Saturday

This weeks rain seems to have cleared some of the Algae that had built up in OBB , and we were lucky to escape the showers. The course was shortened to a 3.2km run to avoid sny confusion – some mighty fast run splits! Well done all
