- Well done to Richard, Shane, Aaron, Ross, Diarmaid & Padraig who did us proud in the Team Time Trial V LCC – only 30 seconds in it!
- Congratulations to John O’Sullivan who ran a superb 3:04:42 at the Manchester Marathon on Sunday. Unfortunately after all his hard work a calf strain meant a DNF for Phillip Cantillon in Rotterdam.
- Representing Limerick Masters SC at the Masters Swim meet in Palma, Mallorca there were medals for Brenda Cosgrove, Geraldine Keane, Tom O’Donnell and Coach John Dempsey – well done all!
- Róisín Doran was the first woman home at Dooneen AC Michal Rejmer 5mile on Friday night.
- Bernard Loughlin was our sole representative at the season opening Tri Laois on Saturday – well done Bernard!
- At the Banner Duathlon on Sunday, Colm Turner was the runaway winner in a course record time, while Ronan Costelloe took 3rd, and Bryan Nolan 5th (breaking 60 minutes) Congratulations to Elisa O’Donavan took 3rd in the ladies race!
- Anyone looking for something different this week – UL Sports Science student’s have a 5KM Glow run on Tuesday.
- Good luck to everyone racing the The North Tipp Sprint on Saturday in Nenagh.
