Monday Night Swimming and Thursday Night Run Sessions are now open for registration to all members. All sessions will begin the week of November 6 and run for 6 consecutive weeks (ending December 14).
Swimming session focus is on Technique Improvement and will take place on Mondays from 8-9pm at UL. Places are limited due to the nature of lane swimming and registration is required through the following link: https://www.eventbrite.ie/e/ltc-technique-improvement-tickets-39182442741
Run sessions on Thursday night will take place from 7pm at the UL Track. Led by coach Mike Carmody, these sessions will focus on race pace interval work, farlek, threshold work, hill repeats, steady state running or speed development and can be geared toward the requirements of the group. Each session will also include a specific dynamic warm-up focused on mobility work and running technique drills. Sessions will last between 75-90 minutes.
