Well done to everyone this weekend – members out and about on the Ring of Clare cycle, Glin Estuary Swim, Ger McDonnell Memorial cycle and Bunratty swim

Eoin Jackson raced IM 70.3 Ohio – in a super finish time of 5:14:31 (40:34/2:26/2:01)

At the Carrick-on-Suir Sprint Luke Lyons came home in 11th in 1:06 second placed under 20.
