The LTC Saturday cycle from Ard Scoil at 09:00 returns from this weekend and on through the summer. We will be aiming to do a 3 hour steady spin averaging about 28km/h with a last dash over the closing 10 miles or so. The rule for now will be that if we have 6 or more cyclists there by 9am we will go, less than 6 and we will make the call to go or join the Limerick Cycling Club. Please support this spin as it is a good base workout for whatever event you are training for. Either a TI or CI licence preferable.
Sunday mornings at the Parkway 1000 we will have 3 groups, Group 1 ~30kph, Group 2 ~25kph, Group 3 ~20kph
We would like to welcome our new members and beginners to get on their bikes and join us at the Parkway on Sunday Mornings, where we will have Cycle leaders appointed to ensure a steady pace and welcome you along and familiarize you with group cycling. We will take a shorter route than the main bunch, but you should still expect to be out 1.5 to 2 hours.
Remember
Any experienced members available to volunteer to help us out for any one of these Sundays please get in touch training@limericktriathlon.com
