Video swim analysis is the fastest most effective way to rapidly improve your swimming. Seeing mistakes that you are making will help you identify the flaws in your stroke and allow you to correct them quicker. Experienced coaches will help individuals understand their faults, what the correction is and the specific swimming drills to help correction.
Dates: October 14th, October 21st, November 11th

Some feedback from past participants:
“After 6 years doing triathlon in denial, I finally decided to bite the bullet and get my swim stroke analysed. Deirdre’s attention to detail was fantastic. The report I received along with the extensive 1-2-1 debriefing were very practical providing straight forward analysis and drills (with accompanying YouTube videos and pictures) to develop my stroke. By watching the video footage I can now visualise clearly the key areas of my stroke I need to work on and maintain. I would unreservedly recommend this service to every member of the Tri club regardless of swim ability.”
“I had the pleasure to take part in the swim video analysis recently and would like to congratulate all involved in the professional and efficient process that has been put in place. From the eventbrite link provided to book and pay to the relaxed and efficient manner in which the video was taken through to the final communication of the analysis, it proved a rewarding experience. I would complement the camera man on the quality of the video and the swim routines that facilitated sufficient detail to support the analysis of the swim stroke. The time allocated by the designated coachto review the video and identify the positives and negatives of the swim stroke was extremely constructive. The process and outcome was for me certainly one of the best experiences that I have received to date from coaching in any triathlon discipline”
