Race paced efforts – short turbo & run repeats or a run after your OW swim ( don’t forget to practice getting the wetsuit off smoothly) OBB is perfect for your run after a swim – upsteam to teh weir is 2km, or downstream there is a 7 km route of the towpath and back on teh road.
