As you may know, Aaron O’Brien will represent Ireland at the 1st European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan this weekend.
Aaron & Team Ireland, together with coach Lynne Algar (who is acting at Triathlon Irelands team manager) travelled to Baku on Monday, where daytime temperatures have reached 35oC!
Aileen Reid will compete in the Womens race on Saturday seeded No1, while Aaron and Russell White will line out in the mens race on Sunday.
Watch the action live on Setanta Ireland with the women’s race starting at 8:30am Saturday, June 13th followed by the men’s race on Sunday, June 14th at 8:30am.
This is Aarons biggest race to date, and we would like to wish him all the best for Sundays race.
