We are delighted that Limerick Sports Therapy  will be on hand after the Joey Hannan Triathlon offering table based assisted stretching which is ideal for recovery.

Ginny Ross has been practicing treating sports and general injuries for 15 years. She regularly treats local triathletes and those training for ironman, marathon runners and swimmers, many of whom would be familiar with repetitive injuries. She also treat many other sport related injuries for rugby, basketball, footballers, hurlers, tennis and golf players etc. Her treatment consists of traditional physical therapy and Fascial Stretch Therapy (a specialised table based assisted stretching). She have a particular interest in improving personal best times and performance.
