Hi All,

Firstly thanks again for volunteering at last years HOTW.  Last year we were unable to provide all Marshals with the correct sizes in jackets.  This year for Marshals we would like to try and improve on that as your support is greatly appreciated and required.

If you are interested in volunteering again this year (or if you know of anyone who would like to) , please let us know as soon as possible along with the Male/Female jacket size you would require. Please also include your mobile number. This way we can try to ensure the correct jacket sizes are available. *note this is not a guarantee early sign one will help avoid disappointment.

You will receive jacket when you sign up on the day, at the Race Tipi. We would like that you wear this Jacket while you are volunteering.

Also – if you have a preference on what area you would like to volunteer – please let us know :

– Registration Fri Evening (27^th June)

– Registration Sat Morning (28^th June)

– Swim ( if you have a kayak and are willing to do so on the day)

– Transition

– Cycle

– Run

– Finish Line

We would really appreciate if you could spread the word .
