European Club Mixed team Relays

The European Club mixed team relays will take place in La Baume, France on Saturday September 23rd. Following our win at the National Championships Mixed team Relay at Lough Cutra in May, Limerick Triathlon club will represent Ireland in this competition for the second time

The Triathlon Team Mixed Relay format showcases racing at its most thrilling, where the individual sport combines with pure team spirit.

All four athletes on a team must complete a super-sprint triathlon – 300m swim, approx 7km bike and 1km run – before tagging off to a teammate in the order is always male-female-male-female.

The Limerick TC team consists of Ronan Costelloe, Kathryn Fahy, Ross Higgins & Shauna Doellken O’Shea
