Want to swim faster using less effort? What drills are best for me – am I doing them right?
Limerick Triathlon Club are offering “Swim Fast & Efficient in 6 weeks” Thursday am UL Pool @ 7am 23rd Feb – 30th March
These sessions are aimed at stroke analysis, drills, distance & speed. They are *not aimed at beginners*, they are a good follow on to Monday night’s technique sessions. Distance covered will be approx 2000m. If you have a snorkel please bring it, fins are required.
