The John Dempsey Memorial Swim will take place in the UL Pool on 30th December 2019 at 9:00am. The swim will be based on one of Coach Dempsey’s sessions, and will be organised based on your expected 100m swim pace.
The cost of the swim is €20 and all monies raised will go the the Share-A-Dream Foundation. A special thank-you to UL Arena who have waived their charge for the pool, allowing all donations to go straight to this special cause.
