  • At the North Tipp Sprint on Saturday well done to Alex Stewart who took 3rd place overall (first Junior female!) and to rookie Mags McCarthy who in her first triathlon came home in 8th! Pádraig O’Sullivan and Bryan Nolan went head to head from the same wave, Bryan had advantage on the swim, with both putting in strong bikes, it came down to the run where Pádraig’s quicker pace saw him cross in front of Bryan, in 11th place to Bryans 12th.  Dermot Hayes, Mike Quinlivan and Ed Fahy also opened their seasons coming home in the top 25. Well done guys.
  • At the Limerick Masters Irish open LC Gala there were AG medals for our super swim coach Deirdre Kearney and the unstoppable Tom O’Donnell
