  • This week sees the return of our Wednesday night spins, rolling from the Hub at 6pm sharp. Riders will be divided into groups to hold a STEADY pace.
  • On Thursday, Limerick TC’s finest will take on Limerick Cycling Club in a Team Time Trial for the PJ Mathews Cup – this event kicks off at the Five Alleys (near Nenagh) at 7pm. All support welcome.
  • The first triathlon of the season, the pool based Tri Laois is on Saturday, while locally the Banner Duathlon is on Sunday.
