Good luck to those taking on the Charleville International Half marathon this weekend.

Even when the Triathlon season ends there are plenty of events to keep us busy:

  • ParkRun takes place every Saturday at UL Boathouse – this is a free timed 5km run – fast paced runners, joggers and walkers equally welcome. For more  see http://www.parkrun.ie/limerick/
  • UL RC run series is back on Thursday nights from September 28th ULRC
