This coming Thursday August 24th we are hosting our first ever mixed relay training event, at UL Boathouse.

Suitable for all, each team member will do a short triathlon (Swim~300M, bike 5km & run 1.5km) before passing over to the next team member.
Each team has 4 members and we hope to run the female/male/female/male format
Participants will be allocated a team in advance, so that each team will be fairly well matched.
Arrive at 6:30 for a 7pm start.
It promises to be fast and fun. Food and refreshments after the event.

To figure out the teams, please sign up in advance by Wednesday. We would also welcome anyone who could marshall for us – we should be done and dusted in an hour.
