Weekend Round up – July 22nd/23rd

  • At the NC Aquathlon champs in Athlone, Kirsten Huysamen covered the 1km swim /5km run in 36:48 for 7th place (and AG Gold) while Sinéad Walsh also took AG Gold in 40:18 .

  • iTri Ennis Triathlon – well done to Kathryn Fahy who took 2nd place, Shóna Keane who came home in 4th & Niamh Yelverton in 11th. Richard Chapman continued his run of good form coming home in 6th place, John Deegan in 12th. Liam Liddy, Greg Baxter, John O’Connell, Christy Power and Richard Roche also in the top 40.   • At the King of the hill – our sole representative in Kinsale was Tom O’Donnell who came away with an Age Group win – go on the Judge!
