SWIM to BIKE to RUN TRAINING SESSION
When: Sunday May 8th 2016
What: Member led Swim/Bike/Run session
Who: This session is aimed at those with a Long or Middle distance event coming up early in the season (perfect for Salou or Lough Cultra Gauntlet) but is open to anyone who wants to join in.(There is no charge for LTC members, guests should have TI licence, and may be asked to contribute to the pool hire)
Where: UL Sport pool are opening early for us at 0900. This will allow us to swim for 45 – 60 minutes, before transitioning to the Bike.
