Weekend update
- Parkrun at UL is cancelled for this week
- Banner Duathlon hosted by GoTri , as well as the Sprint distance ( 4.5k Run, 21k Cycle, 2.5k Run) they will also have a range of age appropriate Junior distances for more see www.bannerduathlon.ie
- Saturday Cycle-Ard Scil ris layby, 9am – 30kph/3 hours
- Sunday cycle at the Parkway will split to 2 to 3 groups – Fast <30kph/ Medium 25-28kph/ Steady 20-22kph
- Good luck to everyone swimming the LMSC gala this weekend – Brenda, Ailbhe, Tom, Richard & Liam are all on the 1500M startlist Friday night, will a full program of events also on Saturday – full details here
