Club member Alexandra (Lexy) Cremona, gave us some nutrition advise at our recent Spring Seminar. Our thanks to her for sharing this article with us, where she neatly outlines 10 steps for optimising your nutrition and  hydration.

Lexy  is not only a fully qualified Dietitian and Sports Scientist, but also completed the epic Iron distance Norseman in 2014 and is training for Celtman 2016.
