Hi All,
Please let me know if you are interested in a transition day on 26/3/16 Easter Saturday it is a long day for people who are doing ½ and ironman races. A little shorter for people who are doing Olympic/sprints or just wondering what is happening.
The start time will be 8 am at Costello’s oil on the old N7 now the r445 limerick to Nenagh Road.
You will need to bring all equipment that you would use for a duathlon. IE bike and run gear. Also bring a coat to keep warm during breaks.
You will need to bring all food that you will need as the shops are far and few between.
You will need to bring a tough attitude as this will be the hardest transition day you probably will have ever done.
The start time is 8.30 o’ clock for the ironman and ½ ironman, and you can finish any time you want
The cost is €5 per person
Numbers are Limited
To book a place email Mark Dempsey triathlon.dempsey@gmail.com
Hope to see you there
