Here’s a quick summary of the week ahead

  • Fridays Swim Video analysis session is booked out – other dates available but booking fast. – see post here
  • Anyone who is interested in Kenmare weekend but hasn’t been in touch – do so ASAP – see post here.
  • Beginner Spin  – meet at the Parkway 10am Sunday we aim to cycle for approx 40km , in 2 hours
