INSTRUCTIONS FOR COMPLETING AN ENTRY TRANSFER FOR HELL OF THE WEST 2016
Before you get started:
Limerick Triathlon Club and Sports Timing are not responsible for the transfer of entry fees – this should be arranged between athletes in whatever way is jointly suitable (i.e., bank transfer, personal cheque, etc.). Individual entries cost €70 inclusive of all fees, and should not be sold for any other amount.
You will need to enter your date of birth, email address used at registration, and confirmation number. If you did not receive a confirmation email, you can obtain your confirmation number by requesting it under the “Manage My Registration” tab at https://registration.mylaps.com/HOTW2016/MyRegistration.
Transfers will be accepted online until 31st May 2016.
Now, the step-by-step on how to transfer your individual registration:
2.The registered athlete should login with his email address, confirmation number and date of birth – PRESS CONTINUE. **If you do not have your confirmation number, you can obtain this through the “Manage My Registration” tab.
3.Choose the “transfer registration” option from there – PRESS CONTINUE.
4.Provide the name and email address of the person to whom the registration should be transferred:
Enter – Name and Email address – PRESS CONTINUE.
5. The “NEW PARTICIPANT” will receive an email with a code. When filling in this code they can register without any costs. Transfer of the 70 euro entry fee should be arranged between athletes via whatever method is jointly suitable (bank transfer, personal cheque, etc).
