OK so now we have all had a break – now is the time to get in some base winter miles – no pressure or speed required, just get out and cycle.
Saturday spins meeting at Union Cross/Ard Scoil Ris layby at 9am can cover 90 to 110 Kms at 28-32kph
Sunday spins meeting at the Parkway at 10am cover 50-70 kms in 2-2.5 hours ( 25kph)
Wednesday Turbo – Starts November 4th – full info to follow – indoor cycling suitable for ALL abilities
TI licence & helmet compulsory; everyone should carry spare tubes, pump, food & water – just in case.
