The start of Sunday’s Hilly Aerobic Run led by Liam Liddy & Mike Lane has been postponed by 1 week to the 9th of Nov meeting at 10am Cratloe Playground car-park.
Thursday’s Run-Tech led by Athletics Coach Kevin Grant has also been postponed by 1 week and is due to start Thursday 13th of Nov meeting at 6:30pm in UL’s PESS Building.
