ULSport Pool will be closed all day Friday 14th & Saturday 15th – no Earlybird or lunchtime swims on Friday
Saturday –
9am Cycle from Union Cross
10am Cycle from UL – Bike check/safety, then we will look at transitions skills.
We will split into two groups – the first group covering the standard distance 40k Joey route, pace 25-27kph, group riding with some drills along the way, followed by a 5k easy run covering one lap of Joey 10k course. A second group will cover the Sprint distance 20k and 3k run.
