A new block of swim LTC coached sessions  will start on Mon 6th of Jan in UL Sport Arena, 8-9pm running right up until Joey Hannan on April 27^th, and we have limited number places available, which must be pre booked though secretary@limericktriathlon.com.

The cost of this block is €55 for 14 sessions.

Sessions will be run by Deirdre Kearney, LTC member and former Irish International Swimmer.

The primary aim of this blocks sessions will be on getting swimmers through 1500 M comfortably while focusing on technique and stroke correction. It is important to note swimming one hour a week will not improve your swimming, so please plan in other sessions around this. You will be given all the knowledge at this session to take onto any session. Swimmers are expected to have fins at every session.
