We are pleased to announce a triathlon training weekend with top international coach Simon Ward taking place for two days on Saturday 25^thand Sunday 26^th January 2014. The weekend will cater for all levels and abilities and is sure to be a very good learning experience for beginners and experienced athletes alike. Simon has a wealth of knowledge and experience from his many years as a triathlon coach and won 220 Triathlon Coach of the Year in 2012. The format will be finalised closer to the date but you can expect plenty of swimming, biking and running so come prepared.
