The Annual General Meeting of Limerick Triathlon Club will take place on Saturday November 23rd 2013, at the Castletroy Park Hotel, Limerick at 6:30 PM
Agenda for the meeting :
1. AGM 2012 Minutes – ratification
2. Chairman’s report
3. Treasurers report
4. Election of the Committee 2014
5. 2014 Training &Plans
6. Any other business.
As per the Club constitution, Members should give notice in writing of any business to be discussed or resolutions to be considered at the Annual General Meeting no later than 1 week before the date this meeting.
The Minutes of last years meeting have been circulated by email.
And now for the fun part – the AGM will be followed at 8pm by our biggest annual social get together, to celebrate the achievements of the season past and make plans for 2014, with music, food and dancing. We we will be announcing the LTC Club Awards, and there will be spot prizes and a Photo Booth with our photographer supremo, Gordon Thomson.
