Due to popular demand – Beginners/Try a tri swim sessions are starting Saturdays at UL 3-4pm on the 9th November. These sessions are being run in conjunction with the Junior Programme. If you are interested in taking part these will be coached by Volunteers from the club with coaching/swimming qualifications. Please contact Niamh at youth_officer@limericktriathlon.com

Last night was the first session of the combined Turbo and Strength set run in Mary I. The location is perfect with ample parking and a fantastic modern spacious hall. It was a great evenings training starting off with an excellent turbo session. Vinnie started off explaining why we will be doing the sets he has laid out for us over the coming months and the benefits we will see as the weeks progress. He went into detail on why we were doing base training at this time of year and the benefits we will see later in the year for having done it. No question went unanswered and it was a very interactive session.
