Our popular  S&C on Thursdays 6-7pm returns to  UL – Feb 4th to March 24th ( 7 weeks excluding St Patricks Day March 17th)
Session: Strength and Conditioning for Triathlon
Objective: Injury prevention and performance gains through improved mobility and increased strength specific to the demands of the sport.
Level of ability: Beginner-Advanced.
