The first of our LTC Spring workshops will take place on Friday 13th March, 6:30pm-8pm UL PESS Building. We are delighted to have Dietician, Sports Scientist and endurance athlete Alexandra Cremona give us a talk:
“Stop fooling yourself. Fuel yourself”. Sugars, Carbs, Proteins and Fats which, what, when?!
This workshop is open to all members (Elite, All age-groups, and parents) and will look at food and nutrition on a practical level. Feel free to bring a sample of your own signature foods
