Unfortunately Conor O’Dea had to pull out at 12km on the run due to a knee injury. On the plus side he did get to mingle with the Pro’s in the finishers tent!
In the Alps, Rory Keating. Sean Hanley and Ross Higgins all completed the Marmotte – 174km with 5000M climbing – well done guys.

- The National Aquathlon Championships will take place in Athlone on July 22nd – more details here
- NS race in Sligo and Tri Athlone coming up this weekend.
- Philip Cantillon, Ken Crowley, Keith McInerney, Mike Quinlivan and Sinead Walsh will line up at IM Frankfurt on Sunday. Ken completed IM Barcelona and Keith IM Switzerland in 2015, but its a first long distance for Philip, Mike and Sinead.
