What an amazing weekend of action in the long and Middle distances, the long cold traing days certainly paid off . Congratulations to our latest Iron distance athlete – Catherine Corby put in a solid effort in Lanzarote, and smiled all the way by all accounts. It was Paul O’Connell’s second IM Lanza. Anthony Egan pulled out a PB for his 5th consecutive IM Lanzarote. Well done to the guys and the other Limerick athletes.
