Special Christmas swim session
Limerick Triathlon Club in conjunction with Lars Humer, Head Coach UL Sports Performance Center are running a two hour freesyle technique and training skills session on Friday Dec 30th from 9 to 11 am in UL pool.
The session will focus on the technical aspect of training covering technique, distance per stroke versus stroke rate, ability to swim at different paces and enhancing efficiency in the pool. This session is suitable for swimmers of ALL abilities.
Cost LTC member €10, non-members €20
