November 28th to December 4th

As we approach the festive season, plenty of distraction but also plenty to keep us busy!

• Well done to Carolyn, Nick, Sinead, Liam & Eugene who picked up Medals at the Triathlon Ireland-Vodafone awards on Saturday – we collected all the LTC medals so they will be out to you shortly.

• Lynne Algar (TI HP coach & LTC member) may not have picked up medals herself this year, but her group of athletes were well represented across the top awards –  Lynne  is pictured here with Nenagh TC’s Darren Dunne who won the Men’s Super Series

• Friday night we will have a pre Christmas meet up, with Garron Mosley giving us the inside track on Kona, racing & training Savoy Hotel @ 7:30, followed by some drinks in town.
• Some local runs on Sunday – the Blanket 5km in UL  and the Bridhill Turkey run (5k,10k and Half Marathon distances to choose from)
