Here’s whats happening this week:

  • Weekend swimmers take note – UL Sport pool will be closed all day  Saturday & Sunday to 1430 due to a Gala.
  • ULRC run series has finished for the season, but the Saturday morning Parkrun continues year round – a great Tempo run!
  • Anyone interested in Hill Running at Cratloe can contact Liam Liddy (via Facebook)  and he will add you to a Whats App group.
