Thanks to everyone who attended our AGM – the timing wasn’t great with the match!
Our Chair Tom Moriarty gave us a super review of the the year with details of our high (and low) points. We had similar input from our Race Directors, many thanks for the contributions from the floor on your thoughts on next years events. Sinead provided a review of our income, outgoings and finances. Tom outlined some of our plans for 2017 and again feedback from members will help guide the committee for the coming year. Tom emphasised the Committees role in organising and facilitating events for members. We are a member led club so are always happy to take feed back and welcome ideas from the members. One short term goal will be to organise some social events so watch this space!
Our thanks to the 2016 Committee, which will be largely unchanged for 2017. We welcome Angela, Diarmaid and Brenda, we look forward to their input. We do have 2 positions to fill – details will be sent later.
Presentations were made to our Race directors and Secretaries for their tireless work in organising our events – Michael Collins, Richard Chapman, Willie Carey, Mark Kennedy, Kristi Hogan & Eamonn Horgan – Thank you!
