Weekend round up

Another weekend, another championship!

Well done to all who raced at the NC Sprint Champs in Lanesboro – a fantastically well run race by all accounts.

Congratulations to Carolyn Hayes who retained her NC Sprint title, while Elaine Yelverton had a very impressive race to finish 9^th.

For the lads Diarmaid Lane had a super race to finish in 1:09, while Nick O’Dwyer was pipped for an AG medal he did have the 9^th fastest bike split of the day. Liam Liddy who “opted” to race without his wet suit came in 2 minutes behind in that really competitive AG. Great to see Colm Turner back, well done to Mike Heany, Rory Keating, Liam Kennedy, Niamh Yelverton & Sean Hanley. (thanks Gordon more great photos)

We were also represented at the Tribesman Olympic in Galway, by Darragh Droog, Brendan Naughton and Martin O’Connell -well done guys

Brian Fitzgerald became our latest Ironman, finishing IM UK in 13:44:44 – congrats Brian.
