Congratulations to our Ironman Lanzarote finishers – Steve Casey, Niall O’Donovan & Anthony Egan we hope the are enjoying a well deserved rest!

Angela Robertson, Audrey O’Dwyer & Mike Ryan traveled to Carlow on Sunday for Racing 795’s Sprint triathlon with Mike taking an Age group win – great warm up for the Europeans!

This coming weekend is a busy one –  a travelling party of 20 headed to Salou, for the Half IM on Sunday -a mix first timers to the distance and those with experience. Plenty of bragging rights of offer – good luck and safe trip!   http://challenge-salou.com/

Tom O’Donnell will be with #TeamIreland at the European Masters Swimming Championships in London – how many of us get to compete at an Olympic venue ???

On the home front Aaron O’Brien and Sean Yelverton are part of the MEGO Raw Cycles team in the An Post Rás

Lough Cultra Triathlon on Sunday will see LTC athletes take on distances from Sprint to Half IM – the Gauntlet (hIM) is NS and all are part of our Club Championships.

Our usual timetable of training for this week – if you are tapering reduce your volume and intensity, rest up and eat well
