Injury Prevention – Kathryn Fahy
Kathyrn gave us a fantastic presentation recently on injury prevention. Club member Kathryn is a Certified Athletic Therapist & Trainer and an MSc Physiotherapy Student at the University of Limerick. She is a FETAC/ITEC Tutor in Sports Injuries. Kathryn is the Limerick Senior Football Physio. Kathryn has a lot of sports achievement to her background which include; an International Basketballer, County footballer and a Triathlete .
