Junior Training day – Ennis

Triathlon Ireland are holding Junior training day in Ennis on Sunday July 13th. The Junior Training Day is open to 10 – 19 year olds of all levels of experience and ability. The day will be packed with activities and should prove to be fun and informative for budding triathletes or duathletes. The day will cost 20 Euro and you must pre register on the TI website. Academy Aims

  • • To create the right environment for you the Triathlete & Duathlete
  • • Focus on the fundamental Skills
  • • Keep you involved in the world of Triathlons.
  • • Develop your strengths and weakness.
  • • Help you achieve your goals for 2014
  • • Have fun

Equipment

  • Swim: Swim suit, cap, goggles, swim equipment, towel.
  • Bike: Bike, helmet, shoes, cycling clothes, water bottle.
  • Run: Runners, running clothes.
  • Other: Snacks, drink, change of clothes, rain gear.

 

Please Note: A parent/guardian MUST remain on site and available during the training day.
