To help everything run smoothly fill in the pre registration link you have been sent
Everyone must be insured to race either ae a Full member of Triathlon Ireland, or by getting a One day Membership from TI here
Please look at the maps – we will have Marshalls but it is your responsibility to know the course – turn points on the bike will be marked, but you need to count your own laps on teh run ( its a NEW run course around Maguires pitches)
Regardless of which event or wave your start is in, your Bike must be in transition before it closes at 0815
the weather is looking perfect, you may even need sun screen !
