IM Tallinn – Congratulations to Dermot Hayes who completed in Estonia on Saturday finishing in 13:01:00. He says the swim was a little confusing as they tried to fit 3.8km into a small harbour. The terrain was  challenging with a couple of serious hills, but all in all a great experience.

Tri Kingdom Come – well done to Lisa Horgan who won on her first outing of the year, while Pádraig was thrilled to bike and run his way to the podium finishing 3rd. Sinead Walsh & Brenda Cosgrove picked up AG prizes. Emmett Ryan made a comeback after several years, and a great day was has by Tom, Anthony, Mike L, Sharon, Niamh H, Oorla & Tony T.

Carrick on Suir Sprint – With a fast downstream swim in this event, the swim gives little advantage. Colm Turner ran his way into 2nd place with a 16:20 5km run, as did Hilkka Kontro (20:04). Luke Lyons came home in 6th.
