Santigo Bonilla Diaz made his marathon debut at the Berlin Marathon, running fantastic 3:31:04 while closer to home again on debut Eilis Lynch came home as second woman home at the Galway Bay Marathon in 3:23:40 on a very tough day.
Patrick Dundas continued his success at the Quest adventure series on Killarney, coming home in 1st at the Sport distance.
World Triathlon AG Championships 2024 – Torremolinos-Malaga Laoise Bennis raced the World Sprint championships ‘The swim was average, had very little help on the bike and the run was hot!’ but Laoise came home in18th – congratulations!
70.3 & IM Portugal
Darragh Nicholas and Jack Dineen took on the 70.3 in Caiscais coming home in 5:31:20 and 5:56:37 respectively. In the IRONMAN huge congratulations to Mike Quinlivan, Shane Eades, Ollie Foley, Ed Fahy and Ian Moore. Mike Quinlivan managed to secure a spot at the IM World championships 2025 in Nice!

SGRAIL100 Richard Chapman and Sinead Walsh, with Shane Larkin in support, traveled to Girona for the S’Grail, a swim, gravel bike and trail run covering 100km. Both had a fantastic day in this very different triathlon – Sinead has done a review here
70.3 Marbella Róisín Kelleher and Christian Jones had an end of season blast at the challenging IM70.3 in Marbella Spain, coming home in super times of 5:33 and 5:45 respectively. Róisín raced hard coming home with second place in her Age Group, which qualifies her for the 2025 70.3 Worlds back in Marbella next year – bravo
Dublin City Marathlon well done to all running DCM 2024 – congratulations to Murna Griffin O’Malley, Ray Kearney, Tadgh O’Malley, Lar Cleary, Nigel Mann, Niamh Laffan, Eimear Laffan, Wayne Clifford and anyone we missed.
