Solo Iron Distance for Milford Hospice

Congratulations to Dan Shanahan who recently undertook a full Iron distance  – 3.8km swim, 180km Bike and a 42km marathon, locally here in Limerick to raise funds for Milford Hospice. Dan took on the challenge of a solo self supported swim, bike & run following the postponement of IM Cork 2 years running. A totally different experience solo!

His effort has so far raised  a fantastic sum of over €3,600, the fundraiser is still open here
